No Attorney–Client Relationship Through the Site Contacting GCL by email, phone, through any online resource, or any form on this website does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is formed only after we have conducted a conflict check, expressly agreed to represent you, and you have executed a written engagement agreement with us. Please do not send any confidential or sensitive information to us until an attorney-client relationship has been formally established through such a written agreement. Any information, documents, or materials sent to us prior to the establishment of a formal attorney-client relationship will not be treated as confidential or privileged. Please note that legal claims are subject to strict deadlines known as statutes of limitations. Submitting a contact form to us does not toll, stop, or extend any legal deadlines. If your matter is urgent, please contact an attorney immediately.

In some cases, at our discretion and in compliance with all applicable ethical rules, we may work with or refer you to lawyers in other states. Laws differ by state, and strict deadlines may apply to your case. Consult an attorney promptly to protect your rights. Advertising Disclosures In accordance with the rules of the State Bar of California and other applicable jurisdictions, this website is an attorney advertisement. The choice of a lawyer is an important decision and should not be based solely on advertisements. Prior results do not guarantee similar outcomes. The outcome of a particular case cannot be predicted by a lawyer’s or law firm’s past results. Each case is different and must be evaluated on its own merits and unique factual and legal circumstances. Any testimonials or endorsements on this site do not constitute a guarantee, warranty, or prediction regarding the outcome of your legal matter. Pursuant to California Rule of Professional Conduct 7.2(c), [Insert Attorney Name], CA Bar No. 255218, whose principal office is located at [Insert Firm Physical Address], is the attorney responsible for the content of this advertisement.

Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THIS SITE AND ALL INFORMATION AND MATERIALS AVAILABLE THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. GCL DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF THIS SITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. YOUR USE OF THIS SITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO ACTIONS TAKEN OR NOT TAKEN BASED ON ANY OR ALL OF THE CONTENTS OF THIS SITE.

Indemnification You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GCL, its partners, attorneys, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

Dispute Resolution by Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY – IT MAY SIGNIFICANTLY AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT.

You and GCL agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or these Terms (collectively, “Disputes”) will be resolved by binding arbitration, except that each party retains the right to bring an individual action in small claims court and the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of a party’s copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, or other intellectual property rights.

You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to have any Dispute resolved in court. You also agree to waive your right to participate as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action or representative proceeding. Unless both you and GCL otherwise agree in writing, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of any class or representative proceeding.

The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) in accordance with the Consumer Arbitration Rules (the “AAA Rules”) then in effect.

Governing Law, Venue, and Severability These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. For any claims or disputes not subject to the arbitration provisions set forth above, you agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within [Insert County, e.g., Los Angeles County], California. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Privacy Policy Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.
